Don't turn your back. The problems still exist.

We all know that problems only get larger when they are left unattended.

Problems

It's past the bearable limit

Too many to count

It may be overwhelming to think of all of the problems going on with teenagers. From substance abuse and peer pressure to communication and suicide. It seems like a never-ending battle. It is this battle that we don't want to face, but we can't forfeit. Sure, there is a large fight ahead of us; but if we can just get a coalition of people to fight it, the problems won't appear to be so daunting.

Piece it together

Some of these problems may be larger than others, but it is important not to ignore the little stuff. It is always the little things that make the big picture. This web site provides information on a number of topics I feel need to be addressed based upon research and discussions with both teenagers, parents, and professionals.

Many of you may think “well, we already know about these topics.” You're right. These topics are a bit overdone, which is the shameful part; however, it needs to be said again because nobody seems to be making the connections.

As you learn about these problems, make a conscious effort in understanding how they may add up to build more problems. Problems cannot be solved by treating them individually. It is a combination of things that create and erase them.

Enough is enough

These problems are overdone, yes. This is because the problems are lasting too long. Don't you think it's about time that something gets done about it?
